A construction company is looking for a quick thinking, highly accountable, well organized individual to fill the role of Administrator. The successful candidate is impeccably presented, has exceptional, precise administrative skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a day.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: up to $45,000 annually
Location: Toronto, ON

Responsibilities:


  • Front line calls/scheduling with clients, vendors and trades on behalf of the design team
  • Office Administration and care – maintaining supplies, general cleanliness and overall office organization
  • Preparing meeting rooms for meetings
  • Preparation of documents/databases required for interior design construction
  • Assisting design team in obtaining prices and samples for design projects
  • Processing payments and reconciling visa transactions
  • Management of sample and literature library
  • Coordinating meetings with sales reps for design team
  • Pick-up and delivery of items as required
  • Production of expense reports for the design team
  • Maintain project, vendor, client lists/databases
  • Maintaining digital templates/document
  • Providing executive support to director as needed
  • Purchasing and returns for projects as needed
Qualifications:

  • Diploma or certificate in business administration or a relevant field
  • Exceptional time management and task prioritization skills
  • Exceptional knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Exceptional knowledge of Google Calendar/Mail/Drive
  • Valid ON drivers licence
