Responsibilities:
 
  • Answer and retrieve voice mail and provide assistance to all department
  • Monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required
  • Assist with daily office duties and maintain website and update activitie
  • Assist with the creation of research and product of  the marketing materia
  • Maintain social media tools
  • Event coordination
 
Qualifications:
 
  • Degree or diploma from International Business, Economic or a related field
  • Excellent communication in English (verbal and written)
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills and able to work under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time management skills required, including the  proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines
  • Proficient computer and keyboarding skills required (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Experience with social media would be an asset
