Administration Assistant/Staffing Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Answer and retrieve voice mail and provide assistance to all department
- Monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required
- Assist with daily office duties and maintain website and update activitie
- Assist with the creation of research and product of the marketing materia
- Maintain social media tools
- Event coordination
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma from International Business, Economic or a related field
- Excellent communication in English (verbal and written)
- Excellent multi-tasking skills and able to work under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills required, including the proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines
- Proficient computer and keyboarding skills required (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Experience with social media would be an asset
